O. Box 863, Southport, CT 06890-0863. 2) ONLINE ENTRY: Visit www.chockfullonuts.com or www.hillsbros.com and fill out the sweepstake entry page. You will be required to submit your name, address, telephone number, email address and birth date to be eligible for the sweepstakes. Entries using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the authorized holder of the transmitting email account. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider, or any other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 2. DRAWING. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 8/12/08 from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by mail. If a winner cannot be located, or fails to claim prize (including returning signed prize claim documents if required under Rule 3) within seven (7) days after delivery or attempted delivery of notification, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Upon forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

All taxes and expenses not specifically listed in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. 4. ELIGIBILITY. Sweepstakes begins 6/8/08 and ends 8/7/08. Open only to legal residents of the continental United State 18 years or older. Employees, directors and officers of Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA and each of their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and persons living in the same households of such individuals are not eligible. By submitting an entry and accepting a prize, each winner agrees to allow use of his or her name, biography, voice, video and/or photograph for advertising in this or similar promotions without compensation unless prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable laws. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements.
5. GENERAL. No cash substitution of prize will be permitted and prize is non-refundable and non-transferable except at sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By entering sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification. No responsibility is assumed for lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible or late mail or courier deliveries.
